Press breakfast in Leinfelden-Echterdingen to celebrate Mettler GmbH's
60-year anniversary, May 2010

For 60 years now, Mettler GmbH has stood for top-quality sunshades, blinds
and garage doors. To celebrate the company's 60-year anniversary, Schaal.Trostner
Kommunikation invited journalists from the region to a press breakfast at
Mettler's head office in Stetten (Leinfelden-Echterdingen). And there were
not only delicious bread rolls on the menu, but also a wealth of information
on the history of the company as well as its outstanding achievements. STK
Managing Director Jürgen Schaal hosted the event, which was reported
on in some papers. CEO of Mettler, Winfried Mettler, also seemed pleased
with the event and its coverage, as can be seen on our photo of him taken
together with his wife, pictured in an authentic Mettler specialist product:
the glass oasis.
Elco press conference, March 2009, ISH Frankfurt

The bi-annual ISH trade fair in Frankfurt is the most important venue for
the international sanitation, heating and air conditioning industry. This
is why Schaal.Trostner Kommunikation (STK) traditionally invites specialised
journalists from the fields of heating/sanitation/air conditioning to Elco
GmbH's press conference and trade fair stand. STK welcomed 18 editorial
journalists on the first day of the ISH alone. This year, the focus of the
famous manufacturer's trade fair presence was on practice-oriented system
solutions and services in the field of heat generation. Laurent Jacquemin,
managing director of Elco GmbH and Elco division director, provided the
attendees with relevant information at the press conference, which was held
jointly with the Italian parent company. The official announcement concerning
the MTS Group's name change to the Ariston Thermo Group was made during
the ISH by Paolo Merloni and Aldo Bisio, the international company's chief
executive officer and managing director.

At the beginning of the press conference, journalists were issued with press
kits compiled for the occasion by STK. STK managing director Jürgen
Schaal led journalists through the press conference. After the event, which
included a small snack, Elco's managing directors, marketing managers and
the journalists engaged in further personal discussions and took a tour
of Elco's trade fair stand.
Press Conference for the inauguration of the new Roma Forum on 30 May
2008

The new forum for architects, planners and skilled craftsmen aims to
be a platform for lively communication. Roma Rolladensysteme GmbH has
built this prestigious building at its company headquarters in Burgau,
Industriestraße 40. After a construction period of just ten months,
the building was formally opened on 30 May 2008. The visiting architects
were impressed by the high standard of architecture and the superb interior
fittings in the Forum.
To mark the inauguration of the new forum, sun protection specialists
Roma invited architects to Burgau for a special lecture series.
At the same time, the exhibition presenting the work of the famous Vorarlberg-based
architectural practice of Dietrich | Untertrifaller, on show for the first
time in Germany, was also opened. Celebrity architect Much Untertrifaller
provided a short overview of the works on display and of his practice.
The exhibition runs until 31 August 2008.

STK invited the architectural press to the event. The agency prepared
a comprehensive press folder and looked after journalists during their
visit. The press conference, chaired by Jürgen Schaal, was held in
the inviting Customer Lounge, where the relaxed atmosphere encouraged
a lively exchange of views between Roland Thoma, founder and managing
director of Roma Rolladensysteme GmbH, and the journalists.
The program included a series of fascinating speakers from famous architectural
practices, talking about the subject of "Light & Shadow".
Amongst these, Arno Lederer, German architect and professor at the University
of Stuttgart, impressed the audience with his relevant, entertaining presentation.
The company was presented very sympathetically. "It is our aim to
achieve a better understanding of architects' wishes through direct contact
and to further expand our collaboration with them", explained Roland
Thoma, founder of Roma. A tour around the factory units provide an insight
into the production of the high-quality roller-blind systems and the corporate
culture.

The attractively designed outside area provided the ideal setting for
relaxing and talking to colleagues.
A gala dinner with the motto "Keep it all rolling" rounded
off the event.
An illustrated lecture by extreme sportsman Hubert Schwarz, entitled "Taking
it to the limit" fascinated the audience.
Press Conference for Roto Dach- und Solartechnologie GmbH at Dach +
Holz 2008

Roto Frank AG has had a new image since the beginning of 2008. The Roto
Roofing and Solar Technology Division appeared before the trade public on
a large exhibition stand at the Dach + Holz 2008 trade fair in Stuttgart.
The company also needed a press conference to present its innovations to
the trade press. STK organised this, inviting the trade press in the areas
of building materials and components, roof/walls/flooring and glass in buildings,
the architectural press and editors of journals for the general public focussing
on homes, interior design and home purchase savings. The press conference
on 6 March 2008 was well at-tended: STK was able to welcome 27 journalists
and to provide them with press folders. Erich Rosenkranz informed the journalists
present about the company's product innovations and developments. In an
interesting PowerPoint presentation and film clip the Director of the Roto
Roofing and Solar Technology Division also talked about the new brand image
and modern corporate design.
Siga 2007 Press Conference in Ruswil/Switzerland for the inauguration
of a new production unit with research laboratory

The inauguration of a new production unit with modern research laboratory
provided Siga Services AG in Ruswil, Switzerland, and STK with a great occasion
for organising a press event. STK invited the floor/wall/ceiling trade press,
the architectural press and editors of journals for the general public focussing
on homes and interior design. The local press were also invited. Around
20 editors arrived in Lucerne on the evening of 11 October, where they were
welcomed by STK Managing Director Jürgen Schaal and Sven Tedden, Head
of Communication Development at Siga, before going on to enjoy the fringe
programme, with a tour of the city and dinner in a Swiss speciality restaurant.
The next morning, STK supplied 20 interested journalists in the Siga plant
in Ruswil with a specially prepared press folder. After this, the two Siga
directors Reto and Marco Sieber informed the participants at the press conference
about the company, mentioning in particular the importance of energy-efficient
building. Applications engineer Jörg Wollnow gave a clear presentation
to the editors of an air- and wind-proof building envelope. After a fascinating
inspection of the new production unit and the research laboratory, the editors
- armed with Siga adhesive tapes and ladders - were able to discover the
difficulties of building and the advantages of the products.
