CUSTOMER MAGAZINE
Developing ideas and concepts and providing interesting articles in an easy-to-read style takes time and calls for a good journalistic background. If the customer magazine is prepared within the company itself, there is a great danger that it may fail to coincide with the customers' interests and simply become pure advertising, which means that it loses all credibility. It therefore makes sense to outsource the editing of a customer magazine. Schaal.Trostner Kommunikation developed the concept of an easy-to-read customer magazine, called Xperts, for Wilo AG. In this context, the agency was also responsible for the editorial content of the individual issues. Xperts is a magazine for the owners of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and sanitary fitting companies - and their senior staff, of course. It appears up to 4 times a year, and has a print run of 60,000 copies. The aim of the magazine is to provide readers with plenty of information
- in a brief, concise way - which is of maximum benefit. The editorial
experience of the agency team guarantees that a magazine that is important
for the profession and day-to-day work of fitters is professionally produced. BrochuresBe it anniversaries, events or product launches - brochures are best-suited for encapsulating complex themes in a brief, incisive and well-illustrated manner.Schaal.Trostner Kommunikationr has created an eight-page brochure for the 75th anniversary of Danfoss. This comprised conceptual design, editing and production right up to pre-press. The brochure was released with a circulation of 2,500 copies and was sent to editorial departments as well as advertising and marketing partners.
